Ellis FWSD 1 is issuing a credit to all residential customers for sewer usage fees collected between April and October 2024. The credit will be 20% of each customer’s overall sewer usage and will be applied directly towards your next bill, no action is required on your part. Going forward, residentials customers’ sewer fees will be calculated on 80% of their water use. This reduction is due to our negotiated rates with the City of Grand Prairie.
